AEON has partnered with Viction to enable offline crypto payments using $VIC and $C98, expanding payments for over 1.5 million merchants.
AEON, a crypto payment service that started its payment system using a Telegram bot, announced a relationship with the layer-1 blockchain platform Viction on February 6.
This partnership will allow users to make offline cryptocurrency purchases using Viction’s tokens, $VIC and $C98, through AEON Pay. The project seeks to help over 1.5 million stores in Southeast Asia and around the world accept cryptocurrency payments, encouraging more people to use digital money in everyday life.
Improving How Easy AEON Pay Is to Use
By integrating with the Viction blockchain, AEON Pay will harness its advanced infrastructure, including high scalability, ultrahigh throughput, and zero-knowledge privacy support. Viction’s World Wide Chain (WWCP) makes it easy to transfer assets and data.
Its shared bridge contract helps handle liquidity more easily. These tools will improve transaction efficiency and expand the usability of AEON Pay. Viction gains advantages by getting more people to use its coins in the AEON system.
