Rumble Kong League, a mobile basketball game, is migrating from Avalanche to the Ronin blockchain for better scalability. The move is part of Ronin’s “Operation Leviosa” to open the ecosystem to more apps and games.

NBA stars Steph Curry and Paul George are in the mobile basketball game Rumble Kong League. The developers have decided to move the start from Avalanche to Ethereum’s Ronin sidechain.

Ronin was a better choice for the game’s developers because it was more famous, with millions of wallet downloads and token holders.

Before, the League was going to release its game on Avalanche in August 2023. But now, it will work with Ronin instead. In order to make the change, the game is extending its soft launch on iOS and Android and adding better in-game prizes.

Part of Ronin’s plan to let more games and apps use its services is this move. It’s called “Operation Leviosa.” Rumble Kong League started out in 2021 as a group of NFTs. Since then, it has teamed up with big sports brands and players.
