Feb. 26, Zuvu AI & Vana partnered to enhance decentralized AI in Bittensor for openness and sustainability.
Vana, which was recently advised by Binance founder Changpeng Zhao, adds its pioneering user-owned data network, while Zuvu AI, which was formerly known as SocialTensor, brings its experience expanding four Bittensor (TAO) subnets.
To test a new model for the creation of artificial intelligence, this partnership intends to integrate essential layers of the decentralized artificial intelligence stack. This model will be open, collaborative, and financially viable.
Creating real-world value
The Managing Director of the Vana Foundation, Art Abal, made the following statement regarding the partnership: “The partnership integrates Zuvu’s economy layer, Bittensor’s subnet network, and Vana’s data layer to improve Vana’s DataDAO ecosystem and address key challenges in the development of artificial intelligence.”
The artificial intelligence economy layer is powered by Zuvu, which enables models, agents, and data to be invested in, staked, exchanged, and monetized. Collaboration helps create new opportunities in a market that is expanding at a rapid rate.
DeFi’s growing disruption
This partnership comes at a time when the market for artificial intelligence is anticipated to reach trillions of dollars by the year 2032, as stated in the news release.
The incorporation of the collaboration into Bittensor is part of a strategy plan to scale artificial intelligence development by utilizing its incentive-driven network. The partnership is a reflection of the disruption that decentralized banking has caused to traditional finance.
It uses permissionless computing and economic incentives to combine user-owned data. According to Abal and Daniel Raissar, the Chief Operating Officer at Zuvu AI, the partnership is expected to increase the variety of Bittensor’s subnets, help Vana’s DataDAO grow and make Zuvu a leader in using AI for financial purposes, which could affect industry standards.
Bittensor’s expansion to 45 active subnets is evidence of the cooperation’s alignment with the growing trend toward open-source artificial intelligence. Additionally, the alliance is a response to the growing demand for alternatives to centralized artificial intelligence companies.
